With the new way of doing things, digital banking an dthe freedom to be able to do everything from the comfort of your own home or plan of your hand is what suits my needs

Definitely digital banking has decreased risk exposure of cash handling and travelling unnecessary. However data becomes a challenge and only a package prepared by FNB for its customers can help a lot
I must add that I enjoy the most to do my banking on the app. It is an amazing thing when you know how to go around getting what you want from the app. This is definitely future banking.

I totally agree with that, the banking app is much better than having to go and que in a branch, though not everything is not available. The only worry is that technology will make alot of people lose their livelyhoods
Having these FNB apps , through this uncanny , cover 19 period. Was a totally workable solution.

Back now was struggling with internet access until I do it lit job about it.

Well I’ve noticed that I can access my FNB app even if I don’t have any data (well the data should still be on but you can have 0MB and you will still be able to do whatever you need to do on the app) on my android phone in the comfort of my own home.
But also I prefer to go into the bank itself for the staff because online client care is in my opinion not as useful as it is if you go to the bank itself because the online staff needs to be trained how to handle situations no matter what it is without struggle.

My experience is that there is a big disconnect between your online platform and the branch experience. Staff training and up skilling iro technology is a must to provide customers with a seamless experience.
Staff doing online support need to be trained correctly. One of my worst experiences using the banking app has been trying to open accounts for my children. I literally spent weeks trying to do it, I was transferred from pillar to post by the online support team. Eventually I told them to cancel my request and guess what, I was told that in order to cancel my request I needed to go my closest branch!! Needless to say, I have opened accounts for them at another bank.
Month’s ago , FNB’s CEO said on the news 24 Programs or one of them. That he was looking into Bitcoin & Crypto currency effectively. We are very interested to know what he is planning.. because it’s not going away.

Keep on improving the quality of your staff. Looking down at customers and a display of aloof only drives customers away from the bank. People need to be made to feel important. Don’t ever their stupidity even if own the planet, the planet belongs to you. They own a small amount on the Bank and is very important how you judge them.

Hi I worked for FNB and was lucky to work at FNB Beach, Berea Rd and Davenport branches and customers always smiled and was happy to bank with FNB
If we the client of FNB had a Bank doing Bitcoin Wallet & Crypto currency. We the FNB Client would have more trust in these programs. I look forward to the day and so does many people.

FNB has probably learned by now that there are other Banks doing Forex Trading CFD’s methods in other countries.in the Middle East, Growing substantially with their client. Increasingly growing their Bank number’s.their method’s also allows client’s to earn on the frotits of other clients brought in by them..
My previous experience at one one of the branches was absolutely unpleasant. It felt like the consultant was more focused on decreasing the queue coming in than to assist me. Left without my problem being solved.

The banking app is very convenient,able to do your banking any time any place.
However, I am very dissatisfied with the branches doing away with tellers for cash deposits. More often than not there’s a long queue at the few atm’s that even facilitate this service those are often down. Then there’s zero privacy, one feels vulnerable and unsafe.The object is clearly to discourage cash all together but I cant see that happening any time soon so rather increase the number of tellers inside the branch to accommodate this transaction safely.
