Im quite glad and i can say the Community is more like “suggestion” box but digitally now….We can voice up our opinions and cast out problems we’ve encountered in branches…👌👏
This is quite an innovative way to reach out to your clientele and get constructive feedback. I am sure the information is already being used for some analytics to make the quality of service better at the branches. Kudos to you FNB for always putting the customer first.
I love the personal experience it doesn’t make me feel like im just another random client that just needs to answer some questions it makes me feel like I’m apart of something important and bigger and that will benefit the community in the future.
It is a constructive way of contributing and influencing decisions that will benefit a large clientele. It is very rewarding when you see suggestions are implemented. A small instance of such an implementation is when you draw money at the ATM you would usually get your cash before the card, now it have been reversed and I am sure it helps a ot.
I did not understand the covid-19 relief account, until I went to the branch to get an explantation from a friendly consultant that answered all covid-19 questions I had. Thanks for educating or giving our consultant more information so that we as customers can understand what is happening. The information I got was helpful. Thank you
I live in a fast developing small town with 3 big communities surrounding the the main town where the branch is located. My community is the biggest. The population of Burgersdorp was approximately 5 241 according to Stats SA 2011, and has increased to 15 991 according to Stats SA 2019 as a result of newly built communities. Therefore one branch which is located in the main town far from other communities can no longer cater for growing population of Burgersdorp. The other branch is needed on one of these communities, especially the biggest community, Thembisa. I invite you to visit the branch during busy days, like month end and pension days. The queues are long,you don’t get your money for more than 5 days, and by the time you manage to get it it’s too late. For instance my Funeral Cover lapsed 3 months ago because I couldn’t withdraw cash to go and pay the service provider. Please we deserve another branch in Burgersdorp even if it’s ATMs locally.
