I have always received exceptional service when I visited the branch.
Good day, waiting time is a difficult aspect and because of that i appreciate this initiative.
But when the approximate waiting time on your slip is more than double the time due to a staff member going on lunch and are not replaced – it is extremely frustrating. How can there be only one teller on duty around mid-day in a branch at the end of the month week? That was my experience in Mpumalanga recently
Waiting time is normally longest over lunch time, I assume that is when working people which are the people that use the bank the most actually have time to go to the branch. I think making appointments will help decrease this time. And automating lots of things to avoid printing and signing lots of documents.
Staying in Hermanus and being treated like Royal at our branch is just so cool. We recently had renovations at the branch and only a mobile branch was available. It was such a great experience how effective and helpful the staff was bearing in mind they were under pressure to continue serving their customers in the best possible way. Well done, Hermanus!

In order to reduce the waiting time,not too many FNB tellers should be on lunch between 12-14pm especially on pay days as that is the time when most people who are at work are able to go to the branch so if there’s only one teller working during that time people often have to go back to work without recieving the help they need.
I never expirience any delays no more now even on lunch time they always available thank you
Witbank Highveld Mall are very slow. Up to 2 hours!

Never experienced any problems at Ga-rankuwa branch but your 25 minutes waiting time is One hour.Anyway keep it up fnb ur my rock
I don’t go into a branch unless it is a emergency everything is done through my private banker and the Fnb app which is awesome and i am loving it.
Thank you to FNB app;i only go to the branch if its extremely important ;other than that ,I do everything in my fingure tips.Cool.
