      I hate app notification marketing.
I will never use any as it bothers me. I have no notifications on my phone except important ones so that I can concentrate on work and what is important. I have to keep the app notifications on for safety but these pop ups are the most annoying thing about the app.

I don’t receive much marketing material. When I do, it is pertinent to my needs and profile.

I definitely do not want app marketing – it totally floods one’s inboxes and becomes very frustrating.

Marketing notifications should be personalised to my benefit… I mean How does it help me to get 9/10 notifications for private wealth clients if I’m using an easy Acc ??

I think maybe to inspire you. I sometimes find it useful to see how other benefits work and the requirement thereof.

They are usefull, i have actually made use of some of the notifications, especially on the app. but sometimes they can be too many. once in a while when i have time, i can go back read them, NOt all just those i think they are relevant to me. it actually assist to keep abreast with those new products and updates on the market.

I prefer using Email. I’m not good with FNB App I get confused not knowing which category to choose when I want to download my statement or something

They can be useful at times but I wish FNB could only send ones that are relevant to that individual only

Wow this is very interesting but how does this work exactly.
I must say I’m not a big fan of in app notifications but I do prefer notifications via email much easier and faster.
    Only my opinion.
